FD-258 Fingerprint Cards

RE Signature Services provides traditional ink fingerprinting on physical FD-258 fingerprint cards.

If the agency requesting your fingerprints provided a specific fingerprint card or special instructions, please bring those materials to your appointment.

Please note: We currently provide traditional ink fingerprinting and do not provide Live Scan or electronic fingerprint transmission. Please confirm the type of fingerprinting required with the requesting agency before scheduling.

HOW FINGERPRINTING SERVICE WORKS

1. Request Your Appointment

Tell us how many individuals need fingerprinting, your preferred appointment location, and any agency specific requirements.

2. Schedule Your Appointment

Choose an available date and time that works for you.

3. We Come to You

For mobile appointments, we travel to the agreed-upon location with the supplies needed to complete your fingerprint cards.

4. Complete Your Fingerprinting

Your identification is verified and your fingerprints are carefully captured on the appropriate physical fingerprint card.

5. You're Done

Your completed fingerprint cards are returned to you for submission according to the instructions provided by the requesting agency.

WHAT TO HAVE READY FOR YOUR APPOINTMENT

To help your fingerprinting appointment go smoothly:

  • Bring a valid, unexpired government-issued photo ID

  • Have any agency instructions or paperwork available

  • Make sure all individuals being fingerprinted are present for group appointments

Before scheduling, please confirm that the requesting agency accepts physical, FD-258 fingerprint cards.
