Do you provide same-day, evening, or weekend appointments?
Yes! Same-day appointments may be available, and we offer evening and weekend scheduling based on availability. Contact us to check availability for your preferred date and time.
How much do your services cost?
Pricing varies based on the service requested, location, number of documents or signers, travel, and any additional requirements. You can request a personalized quote before scheduling your appointment.
Where are you located? Can I come to you?
RE Signature Services is a mobile and remote service, so we come to you! We travel to homes, offices, hospitals, senior living communities, and other agreed-upon locations throughout New Jersey. Remote online appointments are also available for eligible notarial services.
What do I need for my appointment?
Please have your document(s) and satisfactory identification available for the appointment. Depending on the document or service, witnesses or additional information may also be required.
Can you notarize documents online?
Yes! We offer Remote Online Notarization (RON) for many types of documents. Using a secure audio-video platform, you can meet with a notary online from the comfort of your home, office, or while traveling.
My document is already signed. Can it still be notarized?
Possibly. Some notarial acts allow a signer to acknowledge a signature that was previously made, while others require the document to be signed in the notary’s presence. Contact us before signing again so we can determine what the document requires.
Does the signer need to be present for notarization?
Yes! The signer must personally appear before the notary, either in person or through an authorized remote online notarization platform when applicable. We cannot notarize a signature for someone who is not present.
Do you offer fingerprinting and I-9 verification?
Yes! We provide FD-258 ink fingerprinting and I-9 authorized representative services. For fingerprinting, please confirm that the requesting agency accepts ink fingerprint cards before scheduling.
Do you offer wedding officiating services?
Yes! We offer marriage license signings, intimate elopements, and traditional wedding ceremonies. Services can be tailored based on the type of ceremony you're planning.
Do you file our marriage license after the ceremony?
Yes! We complete and return your marriage license to the appropriate municipality, typically the same day as your ceremony. If you have questions about the marriage license process or requirements, feel free to contact us for more information.
